Clinical Outcomes Analyst jobs in Florence, AL
Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. The Nurse Director Cath Lab will lead a team across three departments, including the Cardiovascular Lab, Cardiac-Cath Lab, and Electrophysiology. This director will be supported by a Manager and Lead Teach, along with a specialized team of registered nurses and techs. The Nurse Director Cath Lab will be a visible leader with up-to-date clinical skills should they need to step in and support their team. The Nurse Director Cath Lab will also have administrative responsibilities including strategic planning, updating policy procedures, preparing for upcoming accreditation and surveys, managing the budget and supply ordering, along with department staffing, evaluations, and mentoring.
The Nurse Director Cath Lab should be a Registered Nurse RN with a clinical background working in a Cath Lab, along with prior management experience.
