Summary:
Provides day-to-day clinical application support and defines the scope of project objectives. Conducts or participates in projects and tactical meetings and handles issue tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables with customers.

* Four Years

Credentials: Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ experience in IT or related field required. Relevant IT experience in a complex healthcare environment highly desirable. The successful candidate will have experience with supporting security and provisioning within an IT Hospital setting. EPIC Security / Provisioning build and support required. Extensive knowledge of the use of Service now and /or Imprivata for user Auditing is a plus. Epic Security Certification and Data Courier Badge preferred.

Must have superior written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products required. Candidate must have proven problem solving, analytical, communication, and customer service skills and will be expected to participate on various implementations, problem analyses, projects, testing, go-live activities, system support and assessment of new functionality to determine feasibility and suitable for Broward Health. On-Call rotation Required.
