Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Credentials: Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ experience in IT or related field required. Relevant IT experience in a complex healthcare environment highly desirable. The successful candidate will have experience with supporting security and provisioning within an IT Hospital setting. EPIC Security / Provisioning build and support required. Extensive knowledge of the use of Service now and /or Imprivata for user Auditing is a plus. Epic Security Certification and Data Courier Badge preferred.
Must have superior written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products required. Candidate must have proven problem solving, analytical, communication, and customer service skills and will be expected to participate on various implementations, problem analyses, projects, testing, go-live activities, system support and assessment of new functionality to determine feasibility and suitable for Broward Health. On-Call rotation Required.
