Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. In addition, the BCaBA will have access to several resources such as Lead RBT in each clinic to provide ongoing training of our RBTs, a comprehensive clinical training team for new RBTs, learning how to program at our onsite preschool program (Prep 360), a small community feel with leadership onsite and much more!

At Autism 360, the function of Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral supports while meeting the needs of staff and clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges. The BCaBA also consults with and teaches instructional team members regarding pro-active, educational, programming, and behavioral supports; develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans; and collaborates with team members, related services providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate. The BCaBA manages their caseload’s ABA treatment implementation and direct supervision to team members. The BCaBA is supervised by a BCBA between 5-10% monthly where they will receive ongoing training and mentorship.
