Clinical Outcomes Analyst jobs in Grand Forks, ND
Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. The Hospital Controller will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will collaborate with the Finance Department consisting of accountants, analysts, and patient service reps. The Hospital Controller will also work with Administration, Revenue Cycle, and other healthcare personnel for the development of reimbursement strategies.
In the role of Hospital Controller, this talented individual will be expected to lead and direct financial undertakings such as financial reporting, forecasting, accounting, payor contract management, control monitoring, and other financial activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel coupled with prior experience in cash flow forecasts, year-end audits, and budgetary reports will make for quick interviews!
