Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Job Summary

    A project analyst is innovative, strategic, and critical in their approach. The analyst provides support for various projects and assists in financial analysis and critical activities using methodology, documentation, and reporting. They assist in monitoring critical risk areas while relaying information to management, accounting, and operations.


    Responsibilities

     

    • Monitoring key performance indicators and overall project activity
    • Analyzing data and producing insights to optimize group performance
    • Identifying problems and shortfalls and offering solutions
    • Maintaining current knowledge of customers
    • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports
    • Track and provide supporting information to operations
    • Assist with Accounts Receivables and Cash Applications research
    • Assist with Accounts Payable analysis and coding
    • Process revenue and invoicing as needed to assist operations with special projects such as storm invoicing support
    • Processes transactional level data related to project activity including, but not limited to, production, equipment hours, labor hours, inventory consumption
    • Support Project Coordinator position as needed during peak demand situations
    • Support Senior Accountant position as needed including audit activities, and providing project detail analysis as required to maintain business licensing and bonding
    • Provide supporting analysis as required for estimating and bidding as requested
    • Respond to inquiries to support operations and finance which may include sensitive or confidential information
    • Participate in a wide variety of special projects and provide general administrative support as required

     


    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree with equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or related field
    • 2 years construction based and/or utility based experience preferred
    • Proficiency in computer technology and Microsoft office applications with particularly strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formatting, etc.
    • Viewpoint Vista and / or Qlik Analytics software experience helpful but not required
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Exceptional research and reporting skills
    • Good interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and management to maintain positive working relationships
    • Excellent oral and written skills
    • Adaptability to work with varying daily activities under minimal supervision
    • Ability to prioritize assignments and work well in a challenging environment

     

    Physical Demands and Work Environment

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners.

This position is primarily sedentary, with some filing or lifting required. Must be able to bend and lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
