Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Your Role:As an Electrical Engineer, you will be a crucial team member in the efficiency, output, and quality of our processes, providing electrical engineering services to the Maintenance department. Your responsibilities include coordinating electrical engineering projects, leading problem-solving efforts, analyzing process issues, developing electrical control solutions, and supporting production and maintenance.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    Coordinate all phases of assigned area electrical engineering projects

    Lead and participate in problem-solving efforts with technical staff, maintenance, and production

    Analyze process issues using PI Vision and Data Link

    Develop electrical control solutions to support process improvements

    Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues

    Implement PLC/HMI and controls redesign and upgrades

    Install and troubleshoot camera systems on industrial equipment

    Mentor employees to increase their knowledge of equipment and process when needed

    Qualifications:

    Basic Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in electrical engineering at the time of employment

    Minimum of 1 internship, co-op, or other applicable work experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Manufacturing experience

    1-3 years' experience with PLC & HMI, AC/DC drives & motors, measuring devices, and Ethernet cameras

    Proficiency with Rockwell programming software (RS Logix and Factory View)

    3 years or more of experience leading electrical projects

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project programs
