Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Job Description

    This position serves as the agency’s recognized resource for all purchase requests for goods and services according to the Agency and Department of Technology, Management & Budget, Office of Purchasing guidelines. Meet with prospective vendors and contractors and negotiate and compose contracts based on facility needs within delegated authority. Draft requisitions to submit to Office of Purchasing for contracts requiring departmental approval. Draft RFP documents for Bureau of Grants and Purchasing for use in creating contracts. Assess and maintain facility equipment and communication needs.


    Required Education and Experience

    Education
    Education typically acquired through completion of high school.

    Experience
    Procurement Technician 7
    One year of administrative support procurement experience in a purchasing office equivalent to the experienced level, or one year of experience in the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and materials equivalent to the 7 level.
    Procurement Technician 8
    One year of experience equivalent to a Procurement Technician 7, or one year of administrative support procurement experience in a purchasing office equivalent to the advanced level, or one year of experience in the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and materials equivalent to the 8 level.
    Procurement Technician E9
    Two years of experience equivalent to a Procurement Technician, including one year equivalent to a Procurement Technician 8.


    Alternate Education and Experience

    Procurement Technician 7 -9
    Completion of a one-year college level business program may be substituted for the entry level (7 level) experience requirements.

    Possession of a Bachelor’s degree and two years of job-related experience qualifies for the experienced level Procurement Technician E9 classification.

    Vacation and Sick Leave: Eligible full-time employees receive between 15 and 35 personal days and 13 sick days per year that may be rolled over to the following year if not used. Eligible employees also receive an additional day each year for community service or school functions.

    Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees can take 12 weeks of paid leave immediately after a birth or adoption to allow needed time together at home with a new child.

    Paid Holidays: Eligible employees receive 13 or 14 paid holidays each year including New Year’s Eve and Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Election Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Eve and Day.
