Clinical Outcomes Analyst jobs in Salisbury, NC

Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. CLINICAL SYSTEM ANALYST | Full-Time - Days

    Assists organization in planning for, selecting / developing, installing, and maintaining clinical information systems.

    Utilizes the knowledge and skills of clinical practice to determine clinical functions that are suitable for computer applications to ensure they are consistent with professional standards of clinical practice.

    Works collaboratively with all users of clinical information systems. Acts as a liaison between the clinical and technical staff.

    Has full access to patient health information. May have access to medication storage areas (excluding controlled substances) as related to job responsibilities.



    Schedule: Full-Time | Day - 8 Hour) 8am-5pm

    Requirements

    • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in NC. BSN preferred.
    • At least 2 years clinical practice required. 4 years preferred.
    • Experience with clinical information systems desired.
    • Formal training or direct experience with personal computer e-mail, spreadsheets, word processors, Internet, etc., required.
    • Accurate eyesight and hearing required. Requires extensive use of personal computers.
    • May be required to work off-shifts and weekends for implementations. May be on-call to support clinical applications after hours.
    • Must be able to perform the essential job specific functions either unaided or with reasonable accommodation to be determined by the organization on a case by case basis.
    • Must possess full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test for position to include walking, kneeling, standing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching and sitting for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
