Collaborates with physicians to facilitate ongoing technical and clinical enhancement of the program. Determine and implement measures that allow caregivers to assess their practice patterns relative to clinical, financial, satisfaction, and quality of life outcomes. Identify best practices and facilitate the redefinition of practice patterns to improve quality and reduce cost.

Qualifications

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• Bachelor's Degree OR 10 years applicable experience, preferrred
• Must have understanding of clinical information systems, orthopedic performance measurement, care of orthopedic patients.
• 10 years applicable experience, preferred.

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly

Hiring Manager would prefer RN experience but not required.
