Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Clinical Educator

    In this role, you will provide clinical expertise to healthcare providers and patients through utilizing your clinical skills and education, helping them to improve patient outcomes. You will:

    • Educate patients and caregivers who have opted to elect CEM education, on what to expect before, during and after an HCP has delivered IV infusion
    • Education patients & caregivers on self injection training
    • Provide patient-level reimbursement and access support services directly to the patient.
    • Collaborate with ecosystem partners, providing in-services to inform appropriate prescribers and staff on client’s patient education service offerings per brand guidance/policy.
    • Strategize with territory partners to determine education opportunities.

    Essential Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Must have active RN license in good standing
    • Ability to travel up to 15%

    Desired Requirements:

    • BSN preferred
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish, strongly preferred
    • 3-5 years of account management or patient education industry experience preferred
    • Previous patient-facing commercial/clinical experience in MS and/or persistent asthma and/or Chronic spontaneous urticaria; food allergy area is a plus
    • Injection Training and Infusion experience preferred

    The annual base salary for this position is $115,000-127,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
