Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. The Hospital Financial Support Analyst will work with Senior Leadership to formulate objectives and work to complete projects that will create forecasts of financial performance as well as interpret financial and business trends. The Hospital Financial Support Analyst will assist the Executive Director with implementing a cost accounting system and will develop service line profitability reporting activities.
