Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. The Director Physician Practices of will be key in the continuance of High Quality Care throughout the Ambulatory Clinics and continued support of the hospital which was named in the Top 100 of Critical Access Hospitals across the nation.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this Director will support all Clinical Operations. They will have a close working relationship with the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Financial Officer to ensure that the Clinical Operations stay in line with the Hospital Operations and Standards. They will oversee all Clinical staff including physicians, nurses, techs, and support staff.
The Director of Physician Practices will oversee staffing, budgeting, and maintain a good working relationship with the different departmental managers to ensure that Physician and Patient needs are met. They will be responsible for performance evaluations and oversee compliance within the Clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in Rural Healthcare and a Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or Public Health.
