Job Description:

Location: In clinic, In Home, Hybrid Options available

Job Type: Full-time

Position Overview:As a Behavior Analyst at Array, you will play a pivotal role in providing behavior analysis services to our clients. You will work closely with individuals with a wide range of developmental and behavioral challenges, utilizing your expertise to assess, design, and implement effective behavior intervention plans. Your dedication to improving the lives of our clients will be central to our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Implement behavior analysis techniques and interventions.
• Monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, psychologists, and caregivers.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and team members.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress.

Pay: From $72,399.00 per year
