Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. jobs in Georgia

Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Responsible for gathering advanced data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.   • SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Senior Analyst will be a subject matter expert regarding the review, analysis, reporting and interpretation of within an assigned client group. This role will develop a strong understanding of operations, navigate internal systems to compile and analyze data, interpret results, recommend solutions and assist with implementing solutions by developing scopes of work or end-user documentation. S/he will be working in a fast pace, high-growth company that requires adaptability, collaboration and responding with a sense of urgency.

    • Own and maintain existing Microsoft Power BI dashboards and build new dashboards as needed
    • Maintain existing SQL queries for dataset generation and create new SQL queries as needed
    • Design and implement data pipelines in Microsoft Azure Data Factory
    • Perform and automate data analysis using Python programing
    • Primary focus of supporting initiatives related to rent pricing and revenue maximization

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    • Develop a strong understanding of FirstKey Homes business operations within assigned client group. Establish strong partnerships with internal team members to review structures, processes and policies.
    • Assist with designing and defining criteria for standard and ad-hoc reporting.
    • Compile, validate and analyze data related to operations.
    • Identify data and reporting inconsistencies. Work with stakeholders to identify root causes and assist in the necessary actions to manage exceptions; escalate any issues when necessary.
    • Create reports, charts, graphs and dashboards to visualize data insights.
    • Interpret and present results to stakeholders. Propose new strategies that would enhance operations and align to organizational goals.
    • Assist with leading initiatives to implement approved recommended strategies. Develop project scope of work, timelines, cost estimates and identify any additional resources needed.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to assist with creating end-user documentation such as user guides, process flow charts, and training materials.
    • Remain current on business analyst best practices, trends and technologies. Identify and recommend any practices that would enhance operational processes.

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree Business, Finance or equivalent work experience and/or education
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business analyst or similar role
    • Proven ability to partner with team members to gather information and implement solutions
    • Experience analyzing and managing large datasets
    • Proven ability to interpret and articulate results of data analysis to multiple stakeholders
    • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Advanced proficiency with Structured Query Language (SQL)

    PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Experience working in property management, real estate or similar industry
    • Experience working in a fast pace, high-growth company
    • Experience with Python
    • Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Products
