Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. jobs in Helena, MT
Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Responsible for gathering advanced data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Required Job Qualifications: *Bachelor’s degree and 4 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR 8 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience. *1 year experience leading project. *Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio. *Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise). *Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes. *Business acumen. *Project management skills. *Requirements definition and management. *SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development. *Problem solving and/or analytical thinking. *Possess ability to manage workload, and manage multiple priorities, as applicable. *Written and verbal communications Preferred Job Qualifications: *Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or Information Technology. *Business process management and modeling. *BA Certification**Experience working in healthcare industry Are you being referred to one of our roles?
