Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. jobs in Laramie, WY
Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Responsible for gathering advanced data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. The Physical Therapist with report directly to the Director of Rehabilitation
Job Responsibilities of a Physical Therapist:
Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques to promote recovery and improve patients mobility and function
Monitor and track patients progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications:
Physical Therapist License
Current BLS certification
