Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Responsible for gathering advanced data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center. We have an opportunity for a full time Clinical Analyst.
Provides user support, maintenance, ongoing training, and project management for all aspects of clinical information systems (Cerner and Epic). This includes but is not limited to planning, development, implementation, organizing, and communication of updates and maintenance of all clinical information systems and their interfaces to other systems and devices within the facility. To act as a liaison between clinical, technical, administrative, and home office staff in regards to the clinical information systems. Maintains an advanced understanding of the workflows, processes, and procedures that affect the facility in relation to the clinical information systems.
