Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. jobs in Manchester, NH

Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Responsible for gathering advanced data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     A paraprofessional at LBAPS is responsible for the direct implementation of child specific

    Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs as written by the Behavior Analyst. RBTs work with

    the child and family by providing behavioral interventions and skill acquisition programming.

    What You'll Do

    • Work with individual children on a 1:1 basis.
    • Participate in the development of program plans and provide updates on progress.

    Ensure that each client’s individual plan is implemented as written.

    • Maintain appropriate records, collect data and complete of treatment notes as required

    and within the specified time frames.

    What You'll Need

    • Required: High School Diploma
    • Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children
    • Organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and

    frequent interruptions.

    • Ability to accept and initiate change, have patience and understanding, and work

    within a team environment.

    • Confidentiality regarding the affairs of clients, staff, their families, and Child Serve.
