Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Responsible for gathering advanced data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. In the Sr. Clinical Analyst role, you will provide clinical support for External Quality Review activities, including validation of Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs), compliance reviews, and focused studies and must have the ability to work independently with little supervision. You will communicate with State agencies, MCP quality and clinical staff, and other provider staff, as necessary. You may travel to health plans/physician practices/other providers in states for which IPRO serves as an External Quality Review Organization (EQRO).

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. The annualized salary range for this position is $80,000.00 – $95,000.00. Actual salary range and/or hourly rate depends on a variety of factors including experience, education, credentials, location, and budget.
