Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. jobs in Rapid City, SD
Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Responsible for gathering advanced data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. A Community Medical Center is looking for an Experienced Clinical Pharmacist to serve in their Hospital Pharmacy in the North Central part of Nebraska.Serving the surrounding populations, this Community Medical Center has all essential Hospital and Emergency Care technology as well as a full range of Outpatient Services.
The Clinical Pharmacist will be key in the continuance of High Quality Care throughout the Pharmacy Department. They will compound and prepare medications including chemotherapy, supervise inventory levels, and collaborate with Physicians and Nursing Staff to provide Quality Patient Care.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting, hold a Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Pharmacy, and be a registered Pharmacist by the Nebraska Board of Pharmacy.
Located in North Central Nebraska, the Clinical Pharmacist will enjoy some of the best outdoor recreation in the state of Nebraska including nationally acclaimed canoeing.
