Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. jobs in Stamford, CT

Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Responsible for gathering advanced data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Reporting to the Vice President of Nursing Services, the Sr. Director Clinical Operations is responsible for programatic & strategic responsibilities across several clinical areas (Maternity, L&D, NICU, Pediatrics) including interdisciplinary collaboration internally and or externally, financial, quality, and patient experience responsibilities. Responsible for supporting, mentoring and coaching nurse managers and other nurse leaders following the core leadership competencies of AONL. Ensures shared governance and the foundation of the Magnet standards are enculturated throughout.

    • Responsible for Organizational and or Nursing strategic plan development and executio
    • Developing, monitoring, and adherence to annual operations and capital budgets for multiple units or - departments
    • Oversight and or Management of interdisciplinary projects and initiatives to meet strategic initiatives and goals
    • Responsible for organizational clinical education and professional development across a number of disciplines and manages all clinical affiliations for Nursing
    • Responsible for Patient experience, quality, regulatory and safety oversight over multiple departments
