Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. jobs in Twin Falls, ID

Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Responsible for gathering advanced data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. This Hospital specializes in Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Delivery Land Maternal Care Services, and a full spectrum of Radiology/Imaging Services.

    The Director of Plant Operations will report to the tenured Chief Executive Officer and work in collaboration with other healthcare leaders to maintain everyday operations of the hospital. This position encompasses oversight of three departments; Facilities Management, Safety and Disaster Management. The Director of Plant Operations will supervise facility maintenance managers and plant operator leads.

    Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines, advising on safety measures, conducting risk assessments and implementing preventative measures will fall to the Director of Plant Operations. Additional responsibilities will include inspecting the facility to identify safety, health and environmental risks while implementing inspection policies and procedures to address risks.

    A candidate with strong acute care hospital leadership and experience with safety and disaster management will surely make for a quick interview for the Director of Plant Operations opening.
