Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Responsible for gathering advanced data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Job Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day support and optimization of software applications, including builds, upgrades, and system enhancements. Analyzes business / clinical needs, evaluate software releases and/or new products, and gives recommendations to optimize processes and decrease expenses.
Will be responsible for interacting with our customers to gather detailed technical requirements and assuring our developers have what they need in order to create the code for ingestion.
Acts as a liaison between the customer and developer.
Use SQL to perform data verification and validation to identify and resolve issues prior to business partners’ User Acceptance Testing.
Uses problem solving skills to determine root causes of issues. Create incidents and work with developers and business partners to test and resolve issues.
Job Requirements:
Required to have a BLD – Bachelor's Level Degree
Experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree
Required to have 5 years of relevant experience with a degree
Required to have 7 years of relevant experience without a degree
Required to have minimum 3 years of Project Management experience
Required to have minimum 5 years of advanced SQL experience
Required to have Azure DevOps experience
Preferred Requirements:
Preferred to have experience with JIVA
Preferred to have experience with QNXT
Preferred to have Healthcare experience.
Preferred to have Virginia Medicare & Medicaid experience
Preferred to have understanding of HIPPA as it relates to PHI and PII data.
