Clinical Outcomes Director directs in-depth analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees and leads staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Director creates, defines, and implements performance metrics to review program effectiveness. Evaluates patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Director identifies opportunities and provides recommendations to improve program delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to senior management. The Director of Food and Nutrition Services will manage, monitor, and assure that quality nutritional care is provided to all patients, including tray delivery, screening, assessment, reassessment and patient and family education in both the inpatient and outpatient setting for patients from a range of multicultural and educational backgrounds as well as throughout the lifecycle.
The Director of Clinical Diet and Nutrition will supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgement. The ideal candidate for Director of Dietary and Nutrition Services should have diabetes population experience with Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree preferred and Registered Dietitian RD license required.
