In our time of growth, we are seeking a Clinical Director.

Work Location(s): Bradenton/Sarasota, FL and Surrounding Cities.

As part of this role, you will:

• Rounds assigned sites weekly to assess performance, build team effectiveness, patient satisfaction, and adherence to clinical and MCR Health policies and procedures
• Oversee, hire, supervise, schedule, and train site staff
• Oversee and assist the Office Manager and Clinical Nurse Leader at assigned sites
• Required to perform clinical duties at sites on occasion
• Lead, manage, direct, and meet all standards for end-to-end business operations
• Supervise patient flow within the sites and ensure quality measures, compliance, safety, patient satisfaction, and productivity measures are met
• In conjunction with the Chief Nursing Officer & Accreditation, implement plans to define, monitor, and optimize site performance against established key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Create, run, and/or analyze business operations reports as assigned
