An award winning health system in Vermont is looking for a skilled Operating Room Director!

The Operating Room Director will provide leadership and direction to the Surgical Services team and develop and implement department plans. The Director will be responsible for ensure high quality patient care and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies. The Director will lead a team of 60 FTE's and oversee 6 Operating Rooms.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of five years of Surgical Services experience
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• Active RN license
