This 125 bed, acute-care facility also boosts a 25 bed skilled-care unit designed to serve the surrounding community. Offering a wide array of services, combined with a qualified and diverse medical and nursing staff, this facility is designed to meet the healthcare needs of the people and communities of Southern Middle Tennessee!

The Hospital Pharmacy Director will report to the CNO and be supported by a fantastic team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy techs! As the Director of Pharmacy you will oversee the daily coordination of personnel and resources within the pharmacy department. Our team is looking for a Director who will create a positive environment while coordinating staff scheduling, educational/development activities and performance evaluations. As the Pharmacy Director you will be responsible for the evaluation, selection, purchase, storage and control of all drugs and pharmaceuticals utilized in the hospital.

The ideal Director of Pharmacy will have an active pharmacy license in Tennessee and previous pharmaceutical management experience. Inpatient, hospital experience is desired too.
