In this role, you'll be a department head and part of the hospital leadership team, responsible for maintaining clinical standards and ensuring departmental operations and staff are up to date with hospital standards and evidence-based practices. You'll also serve as a treating therapist, providing screens, assessments, and treatments to patients within your scope of practice. Your main focus will be on developing strategic objectives, providing best-practice solutions, and continually developing department programs for both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services.

Here's what we're looking for:

• A Master's Degree in Hospital Administration or Business is helpful, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program with a BS or Master's degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy.
• Current Texas License and registration with the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Previous experience managing a rehab or physical therapy department or facility.
• CPR certification.
