Working alongside a tenured and experienced Chief Nursing Officer, the Director will be a key member of the healthcare team playing a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring quality patient care and fostering a collaborative work environment for the team. This is a fast paced unit dedicated to the utmost quality patient care. In a pivotal leadership role, the Director will play a key part in shaping the future of patient care at the hospital.

Within the Med Surg and Pediatric Unit, the Director will oversee daily activities, develop and implement research based training for staff, provide leadership and guidance to the talented team of RN’s and ensure adherence to Hospital protocols and standards. Monitoring and evaluating unit performance and implementing new policies to improve patient care will also be a part of the Director’s responsibilities. 

An active Montana RN license and strong acute care leadership experience in Med Surg and Pediatric Units will surely make for a quick interview!
