Clinical Outcomes Director directs in-depth analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees and leads staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Director creates, defines, and implements performance metrics to review program effectiveness. Evaluates patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Director identifies opportunities and provides recommendations to improve program delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Outcomes Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Clinical Outcomes Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.   • RN Regional Clinical Director for a multi state skilled nursing and healthcare facilities for CCH Healthcare; we are seeking one RN Regional Clinical Director to cover part of a NC region. 

    We are looking for a Registered Nurse with prior regional nurse experience or an experienced Director of Nursing in the skilled nursing arena. This position is responsible for the oversight and support of the day to day clinical operations of assigned skilled nursing home centers. Must be an excellent communicator and mentor with expertise with implementing and monitoring clinical systems, survey readiness, risk management trends, and well versed in local, state, and federal regulations pertinent to the operations of long term care facilities.

    This position works collaboratively with our northern NC regional corporate team members and the Director of Clinical Operations. Additional requirements/responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Valid NC RN license
    • 2-3 years of regional long term care experience
    • 5 years of long term care DON experience
    • Extensive knowledge of long term care regulations and standards of practice
    • Ability to travel, include some overnight stays
    • Ability to be accurate, concise and detailed oriented
    • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all information
    • Available/accessible via phone to long term care center Administrator/Director of Nursing during evenings & weekends
