Clinical Outcomes Director directs in-depth analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees and leads staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Director creates, defines, and implements performance metrics to review program effectiveness. Evaluates patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Director identifies opportunities and provides recommendations to improve program delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Outcomes Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Clinical Outcomes Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     • Pre-Admission Testing

    This leader will have the opportunity to be part of a growing team as this service line is making big strides, including opening a brand new heart and vascular center. This role will have the unique opportunity to work within the perioperative service line as well as the heart and vascular service line, making this a fantastic opportunity for collaboration and career growth. This Nurse Director will have oversight of 100 FTEs, across more than 50 prep/recover/pacu beds. As on of the highest patient indexes in the US, this role needs a strong leader who works well in a fast-paced, busy environment.

    Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

    • Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Nursing.
    • Current encumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse..
    • Certification in a professional organization required or obtained within six months of hiring.
    • Prior acute care hospital experience within perioperative services (ideally PACU/Pre-OP/Same Day Surgery)
    • Strong leadership skills with a focus on effective communication and team collaboration.
