Clinical Outcomes Director directs in-depth analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees and leads staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Director creates, defines, and implements performance metrics to review program effectiveness. Evaluates patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Director identifies opportunities and provides recommendations to improve program delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Outcomes Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Clinical Outcomes Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Situated in northeast Connecticut, our town of 10,000 offers a warm, inviting atmosphere where you can create a more positive work/life balance. With a steady case flow spaced appropriately, you’ll find a consistent work load including primary care, chronic care management, and follow ups. With 5 MDs 2 APRNs, both our outpatient locations are well supported by onsite 1:1 MAs front office staff. You’ll know everyone’s name as you walk the halls and after hours, you’ll feel respected by your community.

    Hospital supported outpatient internal med
    Rural Connecticut
    Serving two locations locally
    Less than an hour from Hartford, Springfield, and Providence

    Compensation:
    $100,000 - $150,000 RVUs
    Full health benefits
    CME allowance, full time PTO
    Additional call pay if interested

    Schedule:
    Week days only
    NO weekends!
    8 patient hours per day
    8 admin hours w/o scheduled patients per week

    Requirements:
    Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA)#IND1
