This center is AAAHC Accredited and performs outpatient procedures in the areas of orthopedics, ENT, GI, and more. This center is equipped with beautifully decorated rooms, expert medical staff, state-of the art equipment, and is conveniently located.

 As Surgery Center Director of Nursing, this individual will provide leadership to 4 Operating Rooms, 1 Procedure Room, and all clinical personnel consisting of nurses, techs, and materials management. This Director of Nursing will manage 15 Full Time RNs, additional per diem staff, 5 techs, 2 materials personnel, and 2 charge nurses. The Outpatient Surgical Services Director of Nursing will be expected to run the center in an efficient and safe manner. Further responsibilities include establishing goals, identifying areas for improvement, upholding patient safety standards, and occasionally scrubbing and circulating.

A Surgery Center Director of Nursing with their California Registered Nursing license, management experience in the ASC setting, and knowledge in perioperative services and / or pre-op / pacu services will make for quick interviews.
