Clinical Outcomes Director jobs in Richmond, VA

The Clinical Director oversees the recovery care managers and recovery advisors. The recovery care team is part of a multidisciplinary addiction treatment team guiding and directing clients through an intensive In-Home Addiction Treatment program which provides services for up to a full year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effective and efficient management recovery care managers and a team of recovery advisors.
• Monitor clinical documentation in the EMR system.
• Audit weekly visit logs, mileage, and expenses.
• Assign recovery advisors to new clients based on age, gender, location, and personal story match.
• Serve as guidance for recovery advisors and mediators in situations of immediate need pertaining to clients.
• Continued employee development and identification of staff training needs.
• Work directly with the Integrated Healthcare Services Director for weekly Case Review.
• Employee Supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication qualities.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Experience needed:

• 2-3 years supervisory experience
• 2 years of lived experience in continuous recovery from any Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and/or personal experience with addiction in family members or loved ones preferred.

Licensure needed: 

•  MLADC, LCSW, LPC/LMHC or state equivalents
