Exciting opportunity to join Central Minnesota Mental Health Center’s (CMMHC) leadership team!

CMMHC is seeking an experienced leader with excellent clinical skills and a passion for serving the community. The Clinical Director is responsible for leadership of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), Targeted Case Management and Certified Peer Support Teams. These services encompass CMMHC’s continuum of rehab services, designed to help people recover from mental health challenges.  

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

The Clinical Director is responsible for the oversight and direction of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), Adult and Child Targeted Case Management (TCM) including all housing programs, and Certified Peer Specialist services. 

This position is a member of CMMHC’s leadership team that develops strategic initiatives to enhance care for our clients, foster community partnerships, and strengthen the agency.  Responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership to establish the vision; develop staff consistent with the core values of CMMHC.
• Collaborating with Clinical Supervisors, Program Managers, executive leaders, staff, and colleagues to drive culture and mission of CMMHC and assuring clinical excellence with applicable standards.
• Recommending programmatic changes/innovations to improve care to clients and our community.

• Auditing and evaluating program progress reports to determine if the program is achieving its objectives; conducting client surveys and reviewing program records and files to measure outcomes and compliance with best practice standards.
• Assisting in the preparation of an annual department budget and monitoring budget status regularly. Ensure staff are meeting productivity to maximize community impact.
• Attending and participating in agency and community committees establishing CMMHC as the recognized leader in mental and chemical health.
