Clinical Outcomes Director directs in-depth analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees and leads staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Director creates, defines, and implements performance metrics to review program effectiveness. Evaluates patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Director identifies opportunities and provides recommendations to improve program delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Outcomes Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Summary of the Position: The Clinical Director is responsible for clinical oversight of the Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Program in Mercer County, including the provision of client services and personnel supervision both in the office and in the field.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience in the provision of home and community-based services. CPR/First Aid Certification. Behavior Management (MANDT) Certification.
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage.
