Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER provides advanced analyses and reports on clinical outcomes data. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER identifies areas for improvement and assists leaders/physicians in developing strategies to improve performance. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a director. Reporting to the Practice Director, the Provider Practice Director will oversee the operational management of internal practices. The Provider Practice Manager will provide operational oversight to provider teams, maintains open communication with physicians and advanced practice providers, monitors practice budgets, coordinates provider schedules, establishes operating procedures, addresses patient complaints, and promotes an environment of exceptional care.
