Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER provides advanced analyses and reports on clinical outcomes data. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER identifies areas for improvement and assists leaders/physicians in developing strategies to improve performance. Reporting to the Nurse Director of Perioperative Services, the Nurse Manager will lead all clinical and administrative functions of the operating rooms and surgical nursing areas. The Nurse Manager is responsible for leading the personnel management of the unit, evaluates staff and leads professional development programs, ensures regulatory compliance, leads the short and long-term projects for the unit, and assists the Director with the department budget.
