CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER manages the collection and analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER provides advanced analyses and reports on clinical outcomes data. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER identifies areas for improvement and assists leaders/physicians in developing strategies to improve performance. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a director. The CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Summary
    The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of effective quality care to patients, leading and supporting team members in daily operations, and upholding the vision and mission of the Practice.

    Essential Functions

    • Partnering with leadership, providers, and staff to manage overall operations including patient care, retention of employees, and the overall office workflow
    • Leading the team to drive initiatives around patient care, overall office productivity, and customer satisfaction
    • Drive policies and procedures that ensure the overall success of the office
    • Analyze ways to reduce costs and increase revenue
    • Perform evaluations of all office team members, provide consistent feedback, and empower team members to exceed expectations
    • Lead the employee onboarding experience to include training and implementing new team members into the SDG culture
    • Provide daily hands-on coverage for Medical Assistants and Lab techs as needed
    • Analyze and implement new ways to increase efficiency and eliminate barriers that impact patient care
    Supervision
    This position supervises the administrative and clinical practice team members

    Required Education and Experience

    • Minimum high school diploma
    • 3 years experience as a Medical Assistant
    • 2 years of experience in a management/supervisory role in a medical office
    • Dermatology experience is strongly preferred


    Your Skills:

    • At least two years of leadership experience in a medical office
    • Ability to complete patient based without supervision
    • Previous experience working with EMR systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to develop others and foster the SDG culture within your office
    • Ability to problem-solve and handle patient concerns
    • Experience providing exceptional customer service to patients and internal employees
