CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER manages the collection and analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER provides advanced analyses and reports on clinical outcomes data. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER identifies areas for improvement and assists leaders/physicians in developing strategies to improve performance. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a director. The CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Job Summary:

    Schedule appointments, check patients in and out of our offices, assist with patient care, collect payments, and more. We communicate with patients in-person and over the phone in a professional manner, offering warm-welcomes, pleasant smiles, and professional appearances.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer phone and email inquiries by providing key information to potential & existing clients.
    • Gain strong understanding of our services, treatments, and product line.
    • Schedule appointments using computerized scheduling software.
    • Communicate with patients in the office, while performing intake and check out tasks.
    • Engaging with patients, making them feel comfortable and welcome during their visit.
    • Handle documents with PHI, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
    • Charging patients for treatments, services, and products without error.
    • Keeping rooms clean and restocked.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
