The Manager Infection Prevention will provide direct oversight for all departmental operations and activities. The Manager Infection Prevention will work collaboratively with leadership to help achieve functional excellence and completion of operational objectives. The Manager Infection Prevention will develop and implement policies as well as serve as a mentor by providing leadership to staff. The Manager Infection Prevention is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.

Requirements include:

• Experience working in hospital management
• CIC preferred
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively
