The Nurse Manager of Critical Care is responsible for shaping the long-term strategy of the service line and implementing process improvement initiatives for this active 20-bed unit. The Intensive Care Unit RN Manager will lead a dedicated team of 40 FTEs. The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience and clinical experience treating ventilated patients.
