CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER manages the collection and analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER provides advanced analyses and reports on clinical outcomes data. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER identifies areas for improvement and assists leaders/physicians in developing strategies to improve performance. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a director. The CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. SOAR (Strengthening Outcomes with Autism Resources) is a parent created non-profit organization providing resources, therapy, and guidance to families with Autism from diagnosis through the lifespan. Our team are dedicated individuals who are passionate about bettering the lives of children and their families through ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy. At SOAR, we recognize the importance of learning and facilitating trusting therapeutic relationships. We are currently seeking positive and hardworking individuals to join our team as ABA Line Technicians.
Although previous experience with ABA and/or individuals with autism is preferred, we welcome all applicants who are willing to commit to changing the lives of children/teens with autism.
Our Line Technicians participate in a paid training program that provides instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) including, but not limited to, discrete trial teaching techniques, management of maladaptive behaviors, social skills development, life skills development, and data collection techniques. In addition, our line technicians are required to participate in staff trainings and collaboration meetings.
This position requires one to one and group sessions with individuals with autism ranging in age from 2-15. This is a hands-on active job.
Overall dedication to children learning the skills they need to live their best life is required.
Strong work ethic and commitment in attendance is mandatory.

Position hours are Monday - Thursday 8:45am-3:30pm (2 days till 6pm) and Friday 8:45-3:30pm
