This state-of-the art department has 22 Operating Rooms and performs diverse cases including: General Surgery, Gyn, Eyes, ENT, Podiatry, Trauma, Vascular and Plastics. Reporting to the Director of Surgical Services, the Operating Room Nurse Manager will have 7 direct reports and lead a dedicated team of 125 FTEs consisting of Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians, and other support staff. In this comprehensive role, the RN Manager of Surgical Services will focus on operational efficiency, process improvement, quality and safety, and patient experience initiatives.
