CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER manages the collection and analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER provides advanced analyses and reports on clinical outcomes data. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER identifies areas for improvement and assists leaders/physicians in developing strategies to improve performance. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a director. The CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Job Description

    · Work with a diverse population providing group, individual, and couples/family therapy

    · Oversee a small team of dedicated professionals

    · Participate in a larger agency treatment team that is dynamic and supportive

    · Engage in community relations events and opportunities to build referrals and positive relationships

    · Utilize an EHR to document services

    · Master’s level licensure required (CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, AMFT, LMFT)

    · DV training preferred, but not required

    · Bilingual preferred, but not required

    Compensation

    Market competitive and negotiable. Pay will vary based on: licensure level, experience and relevant certifications held.
