CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER manages the collection and analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER provides advanced analyses and reports on clinical outcomes data. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER identifies areas for improvement and assists leaders/physicians in developing strategies to improve performance. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a director. The CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Salary: $83,200.00 - $116,480.00

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree preferred with an independent license that allows the Clinical Manager to diagnose substance use and mental health disorders (LISW or LPCC) and two (2) years of supervisory experience required. Familiarity with confidentiality regulations, (42 CFR, Part 2), governing the disclosure of client information and the storage of client records and with the appropriate professional codes of ethics. Maintains the required licensure/certification in good standing. Must have the ability to work with a diverse client population, while maintaining positive relationships with employees, community agencies, and outside contacts.
