The Nurse Manager Inpatient Services will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our nursing staff.

The Nurse Manager Inpatient services will:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inpatient units, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence in patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and other departments to coordinate patient care and ensure positive outcomes.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.
• Act as a resource and mentor to staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of patient care services.

The selected candidate will have a current RN license or the ability to obtain one upon hire, experience working in leadership within the acute care setting, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
