CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER manages the collection and analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER provides advanced analyses and reports on clinical outcomes data. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER identifies areas for improvement and assists leaders/physicians in developing strategies to improve performance. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a director. The CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Field Reimbursement Manager

    You are an expert facilitator: you open doors, foster communication, and bridge the gap.

    In this role, you will operate as the subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting the clients’ product. Educate HCPs and their staff on matters related to reimbursement, access and coverage to facilitate appropriate patient access. You will:

    • Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunities
    • Provide access/reimbursement education to field teams
    • Coordinate on access/reimbursement issues with third parties including hubs
    • Support patient access to the products by providing subject matter expertise on reimbursement issues that may be barriers to product access

    Essential Requirements:

    • BS/BA degree
    • Minimum 5 years' in field reimbursement, field sales, payer marketing, patient support programs and/or reimbursement hub programs
    • Extensive knowledge of payer and health systems

    Desired Requirements:

    • Advanced degree
    • Knowledge of specialty pharmacy dynamics, buy and bill process and Medicare Parts A, B, C and D, as well as Medicaid and Commercial Payers
    • Demonstrated ability to educate offices on access and reimbursement processes
    • Exhibit competent understanding of hub activities
