The Manager of LEAN Continuous Improvement will act as the organizational leader of business process improvement through Performance Excellence deployment for the hospital.
The Process and Clinical Effectiveness LEAN Manager is a key role in the implementation of Performance Excellence at the system level including Lean/Six Sigma training, project selection, project leadership, and guidance of key team members. The Manager of LEAN Performance and Clinical Improvement will be the Change Agent responsible for leading the organization into a patient focused, data driven, team-oriented culture that embraces continuous improvement within a Lean/Six Sigma environment, and ensures the implementation of such in all business functions across the organization. This includes the management of personnel, budgetary and other resources.
