Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER provides advanced analyses and reports on clinical outcomes data. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Reporting directly to the Executive Director over Women’s and Children’s Services, the Pediatric Services Nurse Manager will manage two pediatric inpatient units including the general pediatrics unit and PICU Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, totaling nearly 50 inpatient beds. The RN Manager Pediatric Service Line will have the wonderful opportunity to oversee a highly skilled and certified team of RNs, Techs, PCAs, and Unit Secretaries, ensuring cohesion among both units and working to establish an environment of collaboration, positive communication, and family-centered care.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree BSN, Active Arizona State RN License, 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Pediatrics, PICU, and/or Pediatric Emergency Services.
